Shipping & Returns Policy

Chasing Rabbits, Inc. wants you to be satisfied every time you order from our online store. Generally, all orders placed by 12 noon (PST) Pacific Standard Time are processed and shipped by the end of the next business day unless the order is placed in advance of the product launch ship date or is a custom order.

If you order a product (color or size) that has become (out of stock) before you processed the shopping cart for your order, we will notify you by email of the actual product shipping date that you must (confirm within 24 hours) or we will NOT process the settlement of your credit card payment or store credit and the order will be canceled.

Chasing Rabbits Authentic ActiveWear products are currently delivered (only) to addresses within the United States via UPS, or the USPS. All (flat rate shipping) Or (free shipping) is currently delivered via USPS priority mail or United Parcel Ground. Chasing Rabbits, Inc. is not responsible for delays that may occur during transit, however, we wiill notify you by email if we are aware of any foreseeable delays fulfilling your order. We provide various shipping options for you to choose from when you order online. if your products are required for a specific date and the item is in stock (you must choose) a delivery method that can meet your delivery date.

What products are eligible for return?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY (Sale) merchandise or (Custom Order) merchandise.

Other than ALL SALE or Custom Order merchandise if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can notify us to return or exchange your order within (14 days) from the shipping date.

Under the terms of this return policy you must contact us via email (for a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before you return any items; All items returned must be in the original condition (unwashed and unworn) regardless if defective - and the return package must include the (RMA number) clearly printed on the RETURN shipping address.

If the order has (not yet shipped) we will immediately cancel your order and (either) not process your credit card payment authorization (or) issue a credit card refund for the full amount charged to your credit card or estore account used for that order.

If your order (has already shipped) you are responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges. As soon as we receive the returned products authorized by a (RMA number) we will exchange the items or refund the full purchase price and applicable tax excluding any (shipping charges) for returned items.

What if a promotion code or online coupon was used to make the purchase?

You can exchange items purchased with an non-expired (promotion code or coupon) for the same style in a different size or color, or you can apply a credit for the actual amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code or coupon cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a (proof of delivery) shipping service. Please note that ‘you’ are solely responsible for ‘all’ return shipping charges or related costs for retuning any items you purchased. Chasing Rabbits, Inc. is not responsible for paying any shipping cost (or) for the loss (in transit) of any returns from customers.

How to return items:
To return RMA approved items, please enclose a written explanation providing the reason for the return - or for a defective product, a description of the fault.
